The Media Assistant will have the overall responsibility of implementing, scheduling and reconciling the media plan for the organisation. Based in Dubai the Media Assistant will assist in the implementation of the media plan covering the UAE, GCC and North Africa. This role requires not only a strong background in Media Planning but also a great work ethic to achieve and succeed. Responsibilities are as follows:
· Design and implement Media Plan, paying close attention to TV optimisation
· Planning and scheduling advertising activity for various campaigns
· Liaising with media agencies when required negotiating effective terms of business and effective delivery
Successful candidates will hold the follow:
· Must have a Business/Media related degree with preferably an emphasis on Marketing.
· Hold two plus year in a media agency and/or TV production
· Excellent communication skills with Arabic preferred
· Must have an enthusiastic and mature personality
