Job Description:
- Handles as assigned a client portfolio and is involved in the overall work process including planning, scheduling, buying and follow up internally with other departments and clients alike.
- Plans the schedules for all media.
- Schedules effectively the best vehicles to use supported by media research tools.
- Handles all media bookings including print, out-of-home, radio, TV, and online bookings.
- Negotiates with the media sales companies better buying conditions and added values for our clients.
- Handles the day to day monitoring of the campaigns.
- Handles the monitoring of competitors’ activities.
- Establishes & builds good relationships with media suppliers.
- Executes pre and post evaluations of campaigns.
- Manages the invoicing procedure and follows up with accounting department on invoicing steps and logistics.
- Closely monitors materials deadlines and follows up with the agency.
- Regularly reports business matters to media manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (masters is a plus), minimal experience in advertising/media is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of computer MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and internet.
- Very good command of English and Arabic.
- Very good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a team.
