Job Description

We are expanding our online and search teams in both London and Dubai. Our clients are the world’s largest asset managers and investment banks, all with global marketing requirements. We are recruiting for a senior search specialist, working out of either our Dubai or London offices across 3 of our key client accounts.

The role will require travel between New York, London and Hong Kong.

Following is a summary of the role;

  • Lead and execute the digital marketing strategy for 3 key clients
  • Budget management and planning
  • Drive innovative ideas/ initiatives to drive client’s growth and brand awareness
  • Development and execution of an international search engine strategy, including campaign analysis, social strategies and analytics-based optimization.
  • Monitor, track and report on paid search metrics, including trend analysis;
  • Day-to-day optimization processes to achieve task KPIs and overall strategic vision for the team.
  • Implementation of international SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • Work in collaboration with the team across all online and offline marketing activities as relevant: search, advertising, social media, email, DM, CRM, affiliates and partnerships
  • Monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams

Extremely proficient in the use of:

  • Google Analytics
  • SEO, social media and PPC management, reporting and analytical tool
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of web usability, user experience, information architecture and      conversion optimisation.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, back-end technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+years of digital marketing experience with DM / DR experience.
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Impeccable presentation & writing skills
  • Track record of driving significant increases in web traffic while achieving positive ROI.
