To manage all aspects of client communication and client related commercial activities. You will manage a designated portfolio of clients as well as driving and finding new opportunities and leads. You will demonstrate the ability to drive and grow your accounts by contributing creatively and advising clients on the best ways of developing and implementing effective live communication solutions. A strong understanding of the brands you are handling is essential. You will also have a complete and full appreciation of the services available from Action Impact and be comfortable in presenting all options to new and existing clients. Reporting into the Account Director you will seek to grow and begin to plan the future development of your clients.

• Understanding your client’s brand, business objectives and industry regionally and internationally.
• Co-ordinate and direct all client activities on a day-by-day basis ensuring commercial integrity and delivery excellence is maintained.
• Manage commercial and brand engagement for the client team maintaining ultimate responsibility for margin and client satisfaction.
• To bring effective internal teams together, ensuring schedules are adhered to and all documentation completed.
• Provide a unique and dedicated focal point for day-to-day project related communication for the client base.
• Building strong client relationships. Being proactive in looking for areas to grow new and existing clients understanding of our skill sets.
• Identify new opportunities for further work and pro-actively follow-up and manage potential leads.
• Ensuring quality of service and delivery is essential and demonstrating concern for excellence in your day to day work.
• Active interest in quotations and detailed documentation relating to prospective and ongoing client matters.
• Manage evaluation of projects relating to the client.
• Where appropriate produce regular and detailed contact reports for all prospective meetings.
• Seek opportunities to improve the margin made and overall revenue gained on the business delivered to your clients.
• Follow and manage “The Process” and flow of work through the agency.

• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and textually and enjoy giving presentations.
• Confidently and comprehensively promote Action Impact and its services through a compelling presentation of its credentials and capabilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Appreciate teamwork but comfortable and very capable to work independently.
• Possess energy, drive, determination and a positive attitude.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• An eye for detail and an interest in design.
• Basic knowledge about brands and intellectual property.
• Negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and rapport building skills.
• Able to write creatively expressing idea’s to clients.
• Ability to take and give briefs.
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word.
• UAE National preferred or GCC National with knowledge of the Middle Eastern Culture.
• Fluent in Arabic/English.
