UNILEVER MAGHREB recruits for its Marketing department a “National Brand Building Manager”.
The main tasks of the Job are:
- Building local understanding.
- Regular use of research findings, market data, consumer, customer and shopper opportunities.
- Brand’s Audit: annual structure review of core data business performance, brand health and competitive context.
- Establishing channel priorities and opportunities to bring the brand to life at the point of purchase.
- Managing launch/relaunch plans.
- Communication and activations deployment.
- S&OP weekly meetings to review and follow marketing and trade activities, define the demand.
- Constantly evaluating performance of national support activities and in-store implementation against measurable objectives.
- Tracking market trends and competitors activities.
- Managing resources and making adjustments to deliver Annual plans and Profit targets.
Type of the profile:
- BAC + 4/ 5 in Marketing.
- Graduate from a business school.
- Very good knowledge of the FMCG sector.
- Experience of more than 2 years as Brand Marketing Manager.
- Rigorous, motivated, organized, dynamic.
