* Sets the Country sales direction including vision, strategy, competitive environment, short and long term needs.
* Develops and executes the business plan, to achieve agreed revenue, volume and margin targets for designated region within Retail, Distribution, Dealer and National Operators.
* Drives rigorous and accurate processes to forecast sales and ensure availability of product to meet market requirements.
* Drives internal matrix organization where required in order to capitalize on valuable market intelligence gathered by the direct sales strategy and relationships with key partners.
* Ensures participation of sales personnel in the formulation and implementation of company strategy and processes.
* Constructs detailed customer business plans aligning with marketing, production, and logistic capabilities, to meet the revenue and profit plans of the company.
* Translates company priorities into sales priorities, identifying implications of pricing strategies, marketing strategies, etc. on both individual customers and on the overall customer base.
* Maintains and increases revenue for National Accounts through comprehensive sales strategies while managing the entire sales cycle, including, but not limited to, prospecting price increases, bids, and contract renewals.
* Establishes personal contact with key customers and regularly monitors the handling of large accounts.
* Builds strong trading relationships with key decision makers in distributors, dealers and retailers.
* Ensures sales plan implementation- tracks, pushes and motivates sales team and team managers, reports & evaluates the progress together with the sales teams and adjusts the plan.
* In conjunction with marketing, evaluates and analyzes individual product line performance, advising on promotion effectiveness, pricing, price movements, competitor activities, quality, distribution channels, etc.
* Analyzes and assists in the impact of new product launches, and in the construction of launch plans which include all aspects of the supply chain.
* Ensures sales teams are carrying out sales process within quality procedures.
* Evaluates employees’ skill sets to both current and future role requirements and provides retraining or other corrective action as required.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis based on the data provided by IMS.
* Monitor the sales and the products stock on a daily basis.
* Conducts periodical field trips (double visits) in Cairo and in different governorates with the district managers or the medical representatives to different doctors to ensure the implementation of the sales plan, to take market feedback and to evaluate the district manager or medical representative.
* Conducts quarterly meetings with the marketing department to reflect market feedback and at the same time discuss product business strategies and product knowledge.
* Share in the interviewing process, hiring, and training candidates with a proven track record of sales success to build a highly productive sales team and ensures low turnover rate in the company.
Skills
* Education: Bachelor degree in pharmacy and medicine, veterinarian
* Previous Experience:15-25 years experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry
* Language Skills: Excellent English
* Computer Skills: Excellent
* Other Skills Required:
* Pleasant personality and effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Energetic, integrity and ambition to succeed
* Very strong character who could lead a Scientific Office with more than 550 employees.
* Has experience in multinational and local pharmaceutical companies

For our client a leading multi-national in the telecommunications industry, we are now looking for a Wireless Senior Marketing Manager to join the existing team. The role will involve undertaking global telecom market research and forecast trends in the markets, understanding customer’s requirements and initiating progress and new marketing directions. Alongside this you will be expected to plan seminars and publicly exhibit the products whilst taking responsibility for the promotions and presale technical support of projects.
Skills
The successful candidate will have at least a Bachelor degree in telecommunications computer science electronics, 3 years experience in cellular wireless systems, will have expertise in telecom technologies and a proven track record in RandD or Marketing.
