Job Content
To achieve budgeted gross margin and unit sales for Automall, with a view to assist in fulfillment of broader company objectives. Achieve and exceed budgeted sales and gross margin objectives Identify and action sales opportunities in sufficient quantity to ensure achievement of personal targets Meticulous attention to detailed process of sales and sales administration eg:
Fastrack Effective coaching to the sales team (branch managers and sales executives) in following the process leading to achieving targets Monitoring of stock age and offering disposal advice and suggestions where appropriate to Operations Manager Interaction with Finance company (AFGE) for faster approvals Compliance with Al Futtaim Automall procedures regarding collection and deposit of all payments.BUSINESS OBJECTIVES:
The job holder manages all the branches of Automall with a view to achieve the budgeted objectives of the organisation.

STOCKS PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT:
The job holder assists the Branch managers for prospecting such as acquiring trade-in vehicles against new car sales, contacting fleet customers, corporate, monitoring columns in newspapers and following up on leads that may crop up through telephonic/web enquiries. He coaches the team on the sales process so that they hone the skills to maximise the opportunities for the organisation.

CAR QUALITY AND DISPLAY:
The job holder assists the Branch Managers to keep the showroom and car displays in such a manner that it meets the CI as well as it entices customer to make a decision faster.

PAYMENTS:
The job holder controls of the debts of the company by following with the individual branches on regular basis.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
The job holder personally deals with all customer complaints and resolves them to their satisfaction within the limits of the Company policy. His co-ordinate with workshops and judiciously offers warranty repairs where permissible.

INVENTORY CONTROL:
The job holder controls the inventory, keeping in mind the age, model, condition and market demand. He maintains optimum stock levels within the approved inventory perimeters, to optimise availability and profitability. He co-ordinates with the Wholesale/Buying Manager of the requirements on regular basis.TRADE-IN CARS OBJECTIVE:
By offering trade-in vehicles opportunities to the buying department, the job older ensures that appropriate mutual support is extended. ADMINISTRATION The National Sales Manager in addition to achieving his personal targets and completing the associated work also has to take care of several administrative aspects of his area of responsibility.

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:* At least 3 years experience in a similar sales management role (within Automotive)* Able to manage staff effectively, openly and positively* Good communication skills (both written and verbal)* Must be fluent in English Language. Arabic is preferable* Excellent organisational skills and ability to show initiative and motivational skills* Self motivated, reliable and confident* Competent to analyse the market situation, identify customer needs * Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress
