•Strong Ability to gather and analyze data from different sources (sales, share, consumer data …etc.) and being able to provide meaningful business building conclusions and sound strategies and plans based on understanding.
•Ability to come up with the sales forecast and the budget to achieve the set targets on all levels (brand, branch, channel, customer, etc.), putting the needed system (promotion, follow up, incentive…etc) to ensure target achievement.
•Experience in managing people (100 or more) with ability to envision, energize, and enable his team to achieve business plans and strategies with strong follow up skills. In addition to conducting periodic performance evaluation for team highlighting the improvement areas along with the action plans.
•Strength in handling complex projects which involves different departments or suppliers and leading the process in team work manner and environment to achieve company strategies.
•Experience in handling more than one channel (supermarket, wholesale, and vansales), with ability to handle big accounts preferably international chains, putting contract structure & target, leading the negotiation, managing contracts, targets, promotion implementation, and space allocation. In addition providing a periodic business review for the different aspects of the customers performance with recommendations to improve.
•Self driven does not accept status quo and always strives to achieve better results.
Skills
•7-10 year experience in multinational FMCG Company working in Sales.
•Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to develop sales department Vision, mission, and values. In addition, ability to asses and explore market potential interms of coverage, productivity, distribution (weighted & average), visibility …etc, priorizing the ideas that yield bigger return.
•Strong and proven leadership, presentation, communication, time management, and computer skills.
•Strong capability building skills with ability to train own or other teams on basic and advanced sales skills, managerial and leadership skills, productivity, objective planning, and execution in general. Experience in putting sales structures and systems for hiring, promotion, incentives, evaluation and career development.
