Should be able to inspire and motivate the team involved in the business across agency disciplines – creative, development, client servicing to ensure optimal output.
Should be able to achieve agency business goals e.g. meeting budget targets thereby contributing to agency profitability.
Should be able to make strategic recommendations and presentations, advocate and inspire great advertising, on the assigned brands.
Should be able to identify growth opportunities with existing clients and thus enhance both he agency and client business.
Should be able to motivate and train the Account Manager to both develop the Account Manager’s skills and provide better service to the client.
Should be Fluent in Arabic and English both written and verbal
