Provide day-to-day management of online publishing processes. Maintain production schedule and calendar. Suggest new content initiatives. Communicate with content authors on all matters such as deadlines and workflow. Manage and coordinate the efforts of multiple internal personnel as they develop and contribute to content. Edit, proofread, translate and write content when needed. Content gathering, an eye for the design to ensure simple and fast navigation. Day to day site management to ensure up to date flow of information. Prepare weekly statistics about the website.
Person Specification:
BS/BA in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Journalism or related field. Computer/IT qualification preferred. Effective writing, translation and editing skills. Experience with content management system. Familiarity with Web production. Minimum of two years of experience in an online editorial environment. Experience in a corporate Web-publishing environment. Experience as a content coordinator, Web editor, or online producer
