Propertyfinder.ae now in Arabic

The UAE’s most popular real estate web portal, propertyfinder.ae today announced the launch of its new Arabic website.

The website has been developed to directly connect the UAE’s Arabic speaking population to the portal’s property listings and will cater to one third of the website’s visitors who are Arabic speaking.

The move represents propertyfinder.ae’s commitment to the region and the increase demand for relevant up to date information for local and regional investors which represent a significant percentage of property investors in the UAE.

‘The UAE property market has attracted investment from across the region in particular from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and the need for reliable and up to date information in Arabic is greater than ever before. Any portal or website claiming a leading position in the Middle East must be available in Arabic as well as English to meet the needs of all consumers in the region. This website will help attract Arabic speaking investors and end users, as well as to create brand loyalty,’ said Michael Lahyani, CEO of propertyfinder.ae.

The new Arabic website is a user friendly research tool for potential investors and with a dedicated in house translator on hand to ensure up to date information is listed on the website daily, the website will meet the growing needs of Middle East property investors.

Egypt Yellow Pages commences 2009 print, Internet and mobile sales canvass

Egypt Yellow Pages announced that their media consultants have commenced selling in the Egyptian marketplace.

Seen as one of the most cost effective directive advertising mediums in the world, Egyptian business owners can now count on the power of the Yellow Pages brand to connect with even more buyers than ever.

What is arguably the most comprehensive bilingual database of Egypt based businesses; Egypt Yellow Pages offers the Egyptian market and the rest of the world a much easier and faster free access to business listing information throughout Egypt through its print directories - covering Cairo, Alex and other major cities and Sinai & Red Sea directory - and Mobile Yellow Pages.

‘We are very excited about our new canvass into the Egyptian market’, stated Lars Mourey, Director of Sales & Marketing, Egypt Yellow Pages, ‘Our online and mobile sales strategy is a tried, tested and proven model that delivers impressive return on investment for our clients all over the world.’

‘The world’s search engines have taught everyone how to search online. Relevant search results are essential in finding what you are looking for, and if that is a business listing you are looking for, no business does it better than Yellow Pages.’ Stated Mr. Trevor Nadeau, Regional Director of Information & Internet Services. ‘Yellow Pages has been connecting buyers and sellers around the world for more than 100 years.’

In the often complicated online advertising world of Pay Per Click and Cost Per Impression, Yellow Pages have always kept their advertising offering simple. Yellow Pages clients buy keywords, directory services and flash advertising banners at a fixed yearly rate. Yellow Pages has quite successfully eliminated the Pay Per Click and Cost Per Thousand Impression model from their sales strategy.
