alClick seeks to hire an motivated, intelligent, ambitious Online Advertising Sales Executives who wish to be part of a dynamic international team to grow regional & international sales. The main responsibilities and daily activities will include, but not be limited to:
1. To build a client base of regular online advertisers through a combination of inbound leads and proactive outbound direct canvassing
2. Proactively managing a prospect pipeline to hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
3. Assess clients commercial needs and advise on suitable online & digital marketing solutions on an ongoing basis
4. Preparing & presenting campaign proposals
5. Prepare & present campaign performance reports
6. Ongoing account management to ensure clients achieve desired results & to be a single point of contact for all client enquiries.
7. Co-ordinate creative development in collaboration with website & banner developers
8. Attending trade shows and events, as required by management.
9. Attend new and existing client meetings to proactively manage client relationships & sales targets.
Reporting to: Sales Director
Probation Period: First 3 months.
Salary Review: After 6 months from start date.
Place of work: Dubai Office (a degree of flexibility can be discussed with management).
Benefits: A laptop with wireless internet and mobile phone will be provided for the employee’s use.
Remuneration: Base salary from 10, 000dhs per month dependent upon experience plus commission as determined by percentage to sales target. Total remuneration in excess of 500, 000 dhs per annum is expected for top performers.
Skills
Excellent time management, prospecting & communication skills are essential as is a late model motor vehicle. Candidates with online media sales/ account management backgrounds will be well regarded as will professional, aggressive, self motivated sales people from various backgrounds including offline media, property, finance & telecommunications.
Initial & ongoing training & mentoring will be provided plus access to the latest and most innovative online & digital marketing tools & ideas. A defined career path into major account management, team management & international postings is available for proven performers.
