Job purpose:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to join Wataniya Airways, which is set to become the premium short haul in the Middle East.
The role sits within a dynamic marketing team and its key purpose is to develop and manage innovative and effective multiple sites including the public website, extranet and intranet portals. The person will be responsible for leading the online marketing function, with hands on approach to the development of communication plans, campaign execution and reports production and analysis.
Principal accountabilities:
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to maximize the use of website and optimize customer experience to deliver business objectives;
• Responsible for all web and online marketing initiatives for the e-commerce channel and measuring its success and KPI’s;
• Management of the intranet, extranet and the public website;
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, and closely with the sales team, marketing team and other departments to devise and implement online marketing strategies and maximize sales;
• Provide web analyses, banner campaigns, email marketing, and managing online display campaigns;
• Constantly keeps the sites fresh and up to date, and seeks innovative ideas of delivering content;
• Leverage the web to drive successful sales and marketing results.
Skills
• BA/BSC level education in Business- MBA is an advantage;
• 3 to 5 years experience in a management level position with special focus on digital marketing;
• Techniques including outbound e-mail, SEO, SEM
• Strong analytical competency;
• Web experience and in particular knowledge and understanding of Content Management solutions;
• Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skill, with high proficiency in writing and speaking Arabic & English languages;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
