.Launch of StrongMail’s Agency

Launching StrongMail’s Agency with the acquisition of interactive and social CRM agencies Magnetik and Conversa Marketing enabled the company to expand its social media marketing customer base with Boston Apparel Group, Castrol, Omaha Steaks and other top brands. Offering a full suite of creative, email and social media services, StrongMail’s Agency is helping brands like FINS.com from The Wall Street Journal, People Magazine and Travelocity, improve the performance of their online marketing programs.

Launch of StrongMail Social Studio®

In March 2010, StrongMail launched Social Studio®, the industry’s first social media platform that enabled marketers to engage their brand influencers in social channels with detailed performance measurement and analytics. Continuing to drive social media marketing innovation, StrongMail added multiple usability and feature enhancements, including new features for the creation of social network sharing widgets, referral programs and out-of-the-box targeting of offers to influential audience segments. In addition to reaching its 500 customer milestone, StrongMail extended its proven email and social media solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in North America via its partnership with Net Atlantic, which has resulted in companies like Cyclogram Media, KnowledgeAdvisors and TheraBreath, benefiting from StrongMail’s online marketing technology. StrongMail also expanded its presence in the APAC market in 2010 through its strategic partnership with XCOM Media, which has led to key regional customer acquisitions.

Daily Deal Delivery Technology

Receiving multiple patents in 2010, StrongMail’s powerful and sophisticated email delivery technology continues to lead the online marketing industry.
