In a glamorous environment, we willآ take the legwork and uncertainty out of shopping by selecting the ‘best of brands’ for the consumer.آ The PR & Social Media Executive is responsible for the execution of PR and Media Plans under the supervision of the Brand Marketing Managerآ with regards to media relations, press releases, PR shoots, customer care comunications, online websites, campaigns and social media.آ This includes PR, events, reports and analysis.

Requirements


* Provide functional expertise and execute functional responsibilities
* Distribute approved corporate content to online journalists, bloggers and online media sites
* Build relationships with online influencers under the direction of the line manager
* Assist in developing strategic and operational plans, manage executions and measure results.
* Prepare analysis of brand online coverage using appropriate evaluation and monitoring tools
* Ensure all social media initiatives are aligned with Alshaya’s online corporate profile and Corporate Communications guidelines
* Support theآ Brand andآ Alshayaآ in optimizingآ PR andآ social media activity
* Ensure all activity is delivered in line with Alshaya’s Vision & Values
* Work alongside internal and external communications colleagues to deliver communication initiatives

* University Graduate with relevant qualification or work experience
* 2-3 years experience in similar role
* Background of working both at a corporate level
* Previous experience working at brand level preferred
* Expert knowledge of PR and Social Networking channels
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Organized, structured and creative thinker with ability to prioritize
* Effective project manager, able to multi-task
