Salary 6000 – Basic salary + up to 6% commission per sale + Fresh hot qualified leads will be generated by the company for you to work on (no cold calling)

On target earnings after 1-2 months should be 20,000 – 35,000 AED‏

  • Good on the telephone, Top interactor, initiator, can hold conversations within an investment/finance domain
  • Experience in sales, opening, warming, booking appointments, closing deals face to face and on the phone
  • Must be able to identify potential clients and self-generate leads during shows, exhibitions, events
  • Have the ability to network
  • Confident and self-assured in their approach
  • Extremely driven, determined, and solid work ethic Openers, closers, appointment bookers, sales individuals, any form of brokerage experience can work.

What will the role consist of?

  • The first two weeks will consist of an intensive training period (which will be paid in full)– During which the selected candidates will learn about the company, sales techniques, products and targets with a full overview of what is expected of each candidate.
  • The role during the first 2 months will be focused on setting up Investment-appointments & opening leads in the UAE for seniors to close.
  • This allows a sufficient time for our new employees to learn the product in a pitching environment, and get up to speed with how we present our company to interested investors worldwide.
  • Once quality appointments have been booked for face to face meetings in the UAE and investors have been opened/closed by the designated director – the candidate will then move onto opening their own leads and closing their own deals on the telephone and face to face.
  • There will be progression from a Junior Portfolio Manager up to a Senior Portfolio Manager – this will be reviewed and studied every month.
  • We are not interested in hiring individuals that ONLY see themselves as a junior – we want hungry, driven, motivated individuals that want to succeed and want to push themselves to their limits to become a senior. This allows them full control over their meetings and clients.
  • You will be promoting and selling profitable real estate investments in the USA & BRAZIL to investors all over the world.

You will be located in our prestigious BRIC DUBAI office.
