Based in Jordan, and reporting to the Head of Department, you will need to develop and manage projects including; implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, budgets and accurate timelines. You will need to also handle several small/large local and global accounts directing much of the day to day work. Finally you will be responsible for the overall development of your team including appraisals and staff development action plans. .
As the successful candidate, you will have a thorough understanding of PR, its tools and methodologies, with the ability to grasp complex brands and strategic issues. You must provide strong leadership to the team, managing complex budgets and challenging deadlines.
