•Developing and implementing a multi-target PR plan encompassing both media relations & events management
•Develop, implement and communicate the Group’s corporate communications strategy both internally and externally
•Manage the Group’s branding strategy working closely with the Marketing team and external agencies
•Work closely with the marketing teams of the subsidiary companies to co-ordinate Public Relations activities across the group
•Assist with the management of the Investor Relations program by supporting the Investor Relations team
•Establishing strong media and agency relationships & presence for the company in all media channels including print and broadcast
•Arrange and direct speaking engagements, press conferences, meetings and conventions and fundraising campaigns
•Management of the corporate website including development and maintenance
•Establishing strong corporate presence for the company in all key business events in Saudi Arabia
•Highlighting the company’s role in furthering the economic & social development of the Saudi business community
•Management of the Public Relations budget
•Management of the Public Relations team – developing the team and recruiting to build the team
Requirements
•A seasoned PR professional with a strong network of Saudi media & events relationships
•Strong English & Arabic editorial writing skills and a proven track record in media publicity. Must be a Saudi national.
•Combines strong analytical capabilities, creative skills and strong organisation and project management
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and influential
•Confident and a quick thinker combined with imagination and enthusiasm
•Has a minimum 8 years experience in Public Relations in the region with at least 5 years commercial/client side experience in Saudi Arabia
