To compliment our culture and to develop the team and organization, we seek an energetic Senior PR & Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Director in day-to-day work and various projects
- Prepare feedback report on promo marketing achievements
- Manage the production of the marketing and communications tools and applications, from briefing to delivery
- Manage and plan the production of POS material i.e. light box, in-store visuals etc
- Liaise with international and local brands/suppliers in various marketing aspects i.e. brand ads materials
- Proof copy of marketing collaterals before going to print
- Manage the SMS blasts and e-mail broadcasts
- Execution of marketing and promotion plan in accordance with the marketing strategy and in conjunction with the Marketing Director
- Manage and update brand development information pool, bios and collections
- Execute product projects; Loyalty program, magazine, website, newsletter, events coordination, ad campaign monitoring of above line activities, etc
- Update Sifico Hospitality website and inform all brands websites
- Liaise with internal departments
- Order images from brands and update with current information
- Monitor media plan and feed back to Sifico Hospitality
- Manage and liaise with universal media booking agency and deliveries of materials
- Liaise and coordinate between Marketing Director and agencies regarding briefs
Coordinate photo shoots.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Arabic Speaker
- Educated to certificate level relevant and/or adaptable to the practices of Marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years marketing experience. This will ideally have been gained within medium to large organization(s).
- A good understanding of key Marketing trends and associated practices.
- PC literacy – the ability to use Microsoft office with minimum intermediate skills.
