Our client a top ten FMCG multinational is seeking a PR and media executive for their Dubai based office.
Reporting to the Marketing and communications manager your role will be to actively contribute to the creation and execution of public relations and media strategies for all products. You will build first class relationships with all relevant media contacts, photographers, as well as PR agencies. You will brief PR agencies on press releases, copy edit and proof all text, and launch events. You will assist in the development of brand media programs, media strategy and proactively seek new media opportunities to deliver media objectives. You will also contribute and coordinate online and digital opportunities and programs using the company website. You will develop and maintain a library of product visuals, press events and press material across all markets. You will communicate monthly product and country media plans and all relevant analysis and check invoices against media activity.
As the ideal candidate you will be degree educated with 1-2 years within a reputable PR agency or FMCG multinational as a PR or Media executive. You will be extremely well presented with fluency, both verbal and written Arabic and English and have examples to show of press releases you have written. High proficiency in MS applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.
