The Role
The role will report into the Marketing manager and will be responsible for the following;
· Implements brand public relations programs and liaises with appropriate teams internally
· Work with the Marketing Manager in the creation and development of public relations programs.
· Identifies ideas for new PR activities
· Ensure media is optioned and planned according to strategy and budget.
· Work closely with the Culture team to make sure all messages are consistent and on guidelines.
· Work closely with the agencies to ensure the quality of the briefs and work is excellent.
· Source and forecast all support materials via close liaison with Group Purchasing and/or outside vendors ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
· Monitor promotions on daily basis, ensure programmes are executed properly and gain awareness of competitive activity, highlight any problems to the Marketing Manager.
· Analyse all campaign results and monitor all relevant media
The Candidate
You will have at least 3 years PR experience within a Cultural, Art, Music or associated industry. You can be based anywhere in the world but must be able to relocate and have a real passion for Arts and Culture. Fluency in English is essential coupled with an Arts/Culture degree.
