1) This position is responsible for the overall planning, control and implementation of corporate communications strategies, including internal and external communications, media and public relations, and advertising.
2) Planning, monitoring and reviewing of the department’s marketing budget in alignment with the overall objective
3) Building image and communicating to the public, international creative industry, community groups and the media
4) Plan and implement a range of marketing communications programmes involving local and international media relations, brand and reputation management, events management, as well as print and electronic communications including web and internet advertising.
5) Support foresight (cultural and diplomatic programmes) activities and implement strategic partnerships for the advancement of the company’s reputation
6) Visitation to promote and help raise awareness and the public profile of the company.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current theories, practices and techniques in communication and PR research, planning and strategy, and the role of mass media.
