I like it when people just make up their own rules; yes you can’t park next to my house, even if there is a plenty of space and you won’t be blocking my gate or my garage entrance, I own the street too! And yes, this spot is reserved for customers of this shop, nice but even if you were that lucky customer, you won’t be able to park because of the sign that blocks it!
Now there is a new one, a funny one, you can’t through your garbage in our dumpsters, we don’t want to mix ours with yours! 
Serious. The bad part about parking in front of someone’s house after having moved the cement blocks is that once you are gone, they can payback key your car. At least with trash, what are they going to do?

I think they’re concerned about people not to move the dumpsters away, rather than mixing up garbage.
You know, their garbage is one of a kind and they can not allow others to contaminate them with regular garbage
