High degree university graduate
MBA is an asset
Experience :
3 years experience in brand management of a top notch FMCG company.
Technical knowledge :
Copy development (3-4 Main sells / Tactical)
Promotions (2-3 on-pack promotions)
Re-launches/ launches (at least 1)
In-field direct activities (2-3)
Strong sales knowledge.
Strong Research and Media Knowledge.
Strong financial analysis capabilities.
Management experience :
High leadership, problem solving, project management skills, and strategic decision making.
Communication skills :
Strong internal and external communication skills
