The Product Manager’s primary role is to help the Category Manager to drive market shares of the product portfolio within the category along business and marketing priorities for KSA and other GCC countries.
Financially, the role will have a joint responsibility with the Category Manager for setting and allocating category targets and managing budgets optimally to meet the overall category objectives.
Organisationally, the role interfaces with other marketing staff as well as other departments such as NPD, finance, purchasing, plant and especially sales to ensure distribution targets, market share and shelf visibility. There are no direct reports to the Product Manager.

Candidate must possess:
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a commercial environment of which at least 2-3 years as a Product or Brand Manager in FMCG.
Preferable in the dairy and/or juice category in a multi-national, branded, blue-chip company.
Experience working in the Arabian peninsula.
Knowledge of retail marketing, competition and the ability to convert knowledge into innovative action plans.
Experience in AtL and BtL strategies and implementation.
Capable of analyzing, reviewing, interpretation and presenting detailed commercial and financial information.
Experience in project management.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
