- Manage and monitor progress related to community development areas whether in a specific discipline or several (such as education, solid waste management and capacity building of NGOs)
- Coordinate technical assistance and overall project deliverables between different stakeholders (partners, clients, counterparts, consultants and donor agency)
- Develop project plan, schedule and budget and monitor project development accordingly
- Contribute to the development of technical proposal documents in response to tenders issued by different funding agencies in relation to community development projects
- Monitor contractual compliance with clients in coordination with project team(s) and short term consultants
Skills
- BA or B.Sc. in political science, economics, public administration or relevant social development discipline.
- A Master Degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- 5-7 years of working experience in a relevant field (such as education, solid waste management, capacity building of NGOs)
- Project Management experience
- Experience with donors/development program/consultancy firms
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle multi tasks
- Able to work within a team
-Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
