Skills
1. A good understanding of the Real Estate market in Lebanon
2. A friendly personality, capable of building strong relationships easily
3. Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English (French is a plus)
4. Strong Communication skills in both languages English & Arabic
5. Good attention to details
6. A very professional manner as the candidate will be attending meetings with key Clients in the Lebanese property market
7. He must be very well presented
8. He should have Real Estate Sales Experience of at least 2 to 3 years in Lebanon
9. Good IT skills Microsoft Office / excel / and any other software
10. Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasing outgoing personality
11. Good Sales acumen with proven track record in meeting targets in real estate industry
12. Having a bachelor degree in Business Studies (marketing emphasis is a plus) from a well known University
13. Valid Lebanese Driving License
