Regional Marketing Director | Charterhouse Partnership Dubai UAE
Charterhouse is currently working with a Dubai based lifestyle organisation who are searching for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Director. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. In this role you will lead and further build the marketing department, you will develop and execute a successful strategic plan covering Europe, MENA and the Far East. Part of your responsibilities will include recruiting and managing a Marketing team that consists of social media, CRM and other marketing professionals. You will use your writing skills for a range of marketing and public relations projects including collateral copy, press releases and web copy. Experience in leading a team of marketers, managing, mentoring, conducting performance appraisals and ensuring a culture of innovation and creativity is paramount to succeed in this role.
Suitable candidates should hold a bachelors Degree in Marketing or business with at least five years local experience in a senior marketing role as well as excellent English communication skills. Travelling locally and internationally will be a key requirement in this role.
