On behalf of a leading international FMCG company we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Al Khobar.Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for the following Coverage and agreed productivity and efficiency levels for the various sales teams. Receivables management. Stocks management. Top line and trade marketing budgets. Returns levels. Launches relaunches. Visibility standards. Regular field visits, team coaching. THIS POSITION REQUIRES A high level of energy Leadership Taking calculated risks. Act as a change agent. Extensive market visits. High level of time management and multitasking. Cross functional management and team player, (supply chain, logistics, accounts, finance, trade marketing, and brand management). The ability to turn smart talk into smart action.
PROFILE, SKILLS and PACKAGE Dynamic, young, hands on with FMCG experience in KSA. Education from a reputable university. Direct experience in regional and branch management with own team is preferred. Highly discipline individual. Good command of Microsoft office Strong in turning different pieces of information into a full picture and devising steps to crystallize it Basic monthly 21, 000 SAR, housing up to 60, 000 SAR per year, car allowance 1, 500 SAR, other allowance 2, 500 SAR. School allowance up to 12, 000 SAR per child up to 2 children based on invoice and yearly bonus based on agreed KPIS up to 3 months basic. 30 days leave and one economy ticket for self and family up to two children Insurance for self and family up to two children on company(Bupa silver scheme).
