A very exciting vacancy has arisen for a dynamic individual, to work as the “Research and Insights Manager “ Your role will be to actively manage, promote and enhance its image and activities.
Research Insights Manager:
•Provide relevant data for the Business specifically Sales and Audience, advising them on insights that will help the business be successful with product innovation/enhancement, marketing communications/positioning, and advertising sales.
•Be accountable for all 3rd party systems reporting on the performance in the region and ensure reporting is favorable, competitive and accurate.
•Communicate actionable consumer and market insights throughout the organization to ensure continuous consumer focus.
•Anticipate and proactively advise the leadership team on key research, insights, and trends in developing markets and new opportunities.
•Work with the EU and US executive and business operations teams to provide regular score cards of success metrics, using 3rd party and internal audience measurement and help advise on changes in the marketplace as well as with the products.
•Analyze market share growth, drivers of engagement and traffic flow and advice on appropriate action.
•Work in the research industry environment as a key advisor and expert, and represent organisation in professional research organizations and advisory committees.
•Represent Company via conference circuits and relevant industry arenas
Requirements
•Proven ability to gain buy- in at senior company levels – both within clients and agencies
•Experienced budget ownership. Proven ability to negotiate and manage research contracts
•Proven ability to work in and lead cross functional and cross market projects.
•Expert experience in market research and/or business intelligence preferably client-side.
•Preferably experience working in and understanding of MENA region
•Strong strategic and analytical skills; detail oriented.
•Must be a team player, self-motivated, and results oriented.
•Excellent Communication & influence skills
•Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
•Arabic Language preferable
