Accountable for a team of Researchers determined either by area/ product/ sector/ client
Supervise all stages of project management and monitors performance
Provide advice and consultation to clients and staff and handle complicated client queries or complaints
Develop the business through designing and planning research projects following client briefing and needs, formulating questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information, as well as presenting results of study to the clients
Co-operate the execution of projects, inform clients on progress and give specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and electronic processing of information
Assist in the smooth collection of debt from clients and communicate any contract/ job changes to the Finance department for correct invoicing
Occasional travel is required
Skills
University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field with 3-5 years experience in Marketing Research
Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on Consumer Research methods, analysis and techniques
Awareness of the clients’ needs with in-depth knowledge on advanced analysis, methods and tools, and the characteristics of the relevant markets
Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Sound analytical, numerical and organizational skills
