JOB PURPOSE
Managing directly the base of resellers/ top resellers through field visits and regular scheduled chicks. The employment of this function should result in the development and enhancement of the resellers’ outlets in terms of branding, service and sales. The existence of mobily services on the resellers’ level is of strategic importance.
Operational responsibilities
•Reports functionally to the resellers’ regional manager, manages a team of mass market developers and works with the regional and account managers team on issues concerning the resellers’ base.
•Coaches and reports the performance of the mass market developers team in his assigned area
•Executes the top resellers plan by conducting daily scheduled visits.
•Conducts regular retail audits for product availability and resellers compliance.
•Ensure that all promotional material is distributed according to the agreed upon standards and that delivery is organized as per the agreed departmental guidelines.
•Reports the actual competition status and gathering direct market feedback.
•Explore all possible opportunities to raise resellers’ awareness via suggesting required training.
•Developing list of blacklisted resellers and updating the list with the regional manager as well as the sales.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•University degree or minimum Diploma in Statistics or Business Administration
•The job holder must posses at least 3 years of professional experience typically in the direct field of sales and preferably in the distribution channels.
•Having the similar experience in the telecom field is not a must however developing the same experience in such field in FMCG environment is highly desired.
•The job holder must have proven record of achievements
•Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
•He should have a degree in business, marketing or equivalent.
