Contribute to the profitability of the division by effectively carrying out sales activities
Major responsibilities
ƒ?Initiate sales orders by visiting existing and potential clients by receiving sales orders
ƒ?Knowledge and working experience in folding carton and commercial printing manufacturing company.
ƒ?Plan his sales activities and visits based on targets established by his sales manager.
ƒ?Liaise with the sales coordinator and production team on inform clients of potential delivery dates
ƒ?Ensure that samples received from client are adequately protected according to the quality standards and that the production sample meets client requirements
ƒ?Prepare all client requirements and correspondence to ensure adherence to client requests and expectations.
ƒ?Follow up with production controller to ensure that client request will be met on time. Inform the client of any potential delays.
ƒ?Follow up with the shipping coordinator and approve shipment after ensuring that what is being shipped is according to client requirements
ƒ?Monitor and review periodic ageing analysis and follow up with client to ensure speedy payment of due invoice.
ƒ?Monitor trends in the market and inform the sales supervisor of any changes or expected changes in the market place.
ƒ?Prepare periodic sales reports to the sales manager.
ƒ?Carry out other activities as directed by the Sales Manager
Qualification/Experience requirements
„«University graduate with a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
„«Minimum 5 years experience in sales of which at least 2 years in a similar industry.
„«Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic & English.
„«Computer literate
