The Sales and Business Development Manager should be self-driven and eager to increase business opportunities across UAE, Egypt and KSA – across different industries and categories.
As TAWASOL is a new start-up an important task is to increase potential clients’ awareness about TAWASOL and opportunities with online research in MENA.
The Sales and Business Development Manager needs self-confidence in selling online market research and should have an active interest in social media and community trends.
- Responsible for achieving TAWASOL’s sales and business targets
- Formulate BD and sales strategies (in cooperation with TAWASOL management), and be responsible for implementing them
- Develop and present relevant market research proposals to clients
- Keep track of the online market research industry; with respect to market development, innovation, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client requirements appropriate to their business and market research needs
- Insights and technical knowledge about (online) market research
- Fluent in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
- UAE driving license
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and networking skills
- Strong drive and people skills to build long lasting client relationships
