Purpose of Job:
The position serves as a frontliner of the business. It is responsible to achieve gien sales target, comply in the required Sales Associate Checklist. The position performs over the counter selling following the *GET FIT Process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains efficient/effective customer service using the *GET FIT process at all times
- Maximizes sales opportunities in the process of closing a sale during customer encounters
- Performs the following functions to drive more sales:
* Attends and assists customers in the selection and choice of merchandise
* Presents features, functions, purposes, benefits, uses, brand and quality of the products
* Ensures to push suggestive selling techniques by offering other product alternatives for broken sizes, stocks unavailability as perfect substitute
* Directs the customer to the counter for special products and ensures personalized service is rendered
* Replenishes stocks on display and ensures availability of stocks in the selling area
* Merchandises and arranges display of stocks
- Monitors movement of stocks and informs the store management team of the fast and slow moving stocks as basis to repeat orders and inter-store transfers to ensure quality/adequate quantity of merchandise and timely delivery of stocks
- Coordinates closely with logistics group in receiving new products and stock transfer requests for the customer and other stocking activities
- Ensures that all items in the selling area are properly displayed and merchandised, with correct prices, with labels and security tags
- Promotes and supports store campaigns, brand marketing strategies, activities, promotions and loyalty programs – e.g., Frequent Buyer Program
- Helps implement health, safety and security control and practices in the workplace – e.g., merchandise loss, damage, pilferage, theft, fire prevention, etc.
- Follows standard stockroom organization; sorting items by gender, classification, category, vendor, style, size
- Assists in periodical/yearly store inventory/stock-taking
- Deals with customer queries and routine product questions utilizing store and product knowledge
- Answers telephone queries, conveys messages to achieve efficient customer relations and inter-store relations
- Handles customer complaints and directs concerns to appropriate channels when necessary
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness and proper stocking of items
- Supports management decisions, requirements, expectations
- Commits to follow and observe all store policies, rules and regulations
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by his/her Line Manager/s

Skills
- Education/Certification: College Level / 2-4 year college graduate preferred
- Professional Background / Years of Experience: 3-5 years previous job experience with customer service or sales support background
- Language: Bilingual is a plus factor
- Age: 23 – 33
