Who do you think are the most important people at our stores? Well, there’s a group of people that are rightly justified to that honor: the sales assistants in our stores.
They are the women and men who make the stores exciting and inviting every day. Who know how to give great sales advice simply by arranging and displaying the products, who make sure that the customers are happy at all times.
If you want to be one of them, all you have to do is buckle up and dig in. The tempo is high, the challenges vary constantly and it will soon be obvious if you’ve got what it takes. You have to have the courage to make your own decisions and the common sense to ask experienced colleagues for advice when needed.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Process till transactions quickly and accurately
Advise customers on latest trends
Be able to turn customer service into sales
Actively seek to maintain and improve store retail standards on selling floor, service areas and stockrooms
Fully follow operating procedures, and provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience to maximize sales
Skills
Retail experience or a service oriented background preferable.
General good level of education – literate and numerate
Must be able to communicate in English.
Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for positive, upbeat communication and a desire to sell
Motivated and energetic. Willing to work in a multi national environment
Flexible, and able to work under pressure
