Main Tasks:
Support the activities of the sales force and the customers’ accounts while following delivery of products and after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Support the sales force activities by checking their daily reports
-Fill the purchase orders properly by following the company’s rules and procedures
-Enter the targets data given by management for each dealer and each product category
-Submit a monthly statistical report to the accounting department concerning the targets of each account manager
-Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure that the products will be delivered as forcasted
-Keep a track of undelivered products along with any related information
-Answer customers’ inquiries regarding the available products and their features
-Maintain clear information concerning the stock variation and the arrival of any new product
-Prepare the bonus contracts for dealers based on management information and approval
-Follow the pending list of the products available at the service center
-Follow the consignment list
-Handle over dues accounts and receivables
-Insert pictures and descriptions of products on Oracle
-Distribute the updated price lists to the account managers
Skills
-Bachelor degree in business administration – Marketing or management emphasis
- Good communication skills
- Analytic thinking with result orientation
- Customer oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
-Arabic and English.
-Computer knowledge: Microsoft office, Oracle.
