Job Title: Business Development Engineer/Key account Sales Engineer in UAE (Dubai based)
Working days:
• From Saturday till Thursday From 8:00 am Till 6:00 pm
Requirements:
Degree: B.E or B.A
Major: Architect or Interior Architect or Industrial Engineer,
Years of Professional Experience: 3 to 4 years with previous Retail and Trade Marketing experience
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office, AutoCAD 2D & 3D, 3D Max
Technical Skills: Team Work, High communication Skills
Languages: English, French, Arabic
Report to:
Managing Directors in Lebanon and UAE
Operation Manager in Lebanon
Co-ordinate with:
Business Development Manager in KSA
Business Development Manager in Lebanon
Finance Manager
Head of Design
Head of Technical Department
Key Responsibilities:
1- Reach the preset sales targets and objectives of the Company in all Business lines.
2- Propose and promote the company’s solutions with the various parties involved in the pitches and Inquiries.
3- Liaise with STALQ Lebanon for the day to day work Plan.
4- Prepare regular activities, progress reports and coordination meetings.
5- Prepare Meeting Minutes and Next Step reports.
6- Arrange Request conference calls between STALQ Lebanon Engineers and Designers to brief them about the Client Creative, Project Constraints and Priority.
7- Align Project with the Head of Engineers, Head of Creative and Production Manager about the Projects at Hand and coordinate with the Operation Manager Project Priority, Start Date and End Date.
8- Prepare the Project Cost Tables and Specifications Charts.
9- Prepare the Project Production Quotation, DTD Quotation and CPS.
10- Prepare all Projects Variations Implication.
11- Prepare and update on a weekly basis the Client Database.
12- Prepare all Clients Projects Tasks and Communications report to channel them for the night departments.
13- Set Up all Projects CPS and Next Steps details so that to align with STALQ Lebanon office.
14- Follow up the Project Receivables and Due Payments.
15- Prepare and update so continuously to STALQ Lebanon Next Week Meetings Schedule report.
16- Continuously Update the Latest Projects in the Market Photos enabling STALQ web developers to update it on the Site.
17- Conduct Biweekly Market Tour and submit the appropriate Reports(New products launches promotions, competition solutions, to MD

Skills

Motivated with team work spirits, Able to Work under Pressure and Detail Oriented
Markets to Cover: UAE, GCC except Bahrain, Egypt and Iran
