Handling different kind of queries online and over the phone.
Doing the detailed assessment of the credentials of the Clients for qualifying them for the suitable option.
Dealing with the walk in clients and helping them out with the suitable option, In order to close the sale.
Finding out the needs of the clients during the telephonic conversation and in person meetings and matching them with the services of the company as per the set requirements and conditions.
Handing over the application to the Legal Advisor after signing up the client.
Meeting monthly Invoice and Cash targets.
