With dedicated offices in the UK, USA and Middle East our ‘Recruitment Solutions’ department boasts a prestigious list of blue-chip corporate and recruiter clients. We are seeking a self motivated, target-driven individual to join our proactive and focused sales team.

The Role
• New business development from top-tier recruitment firms and blue-chip companies
• Develop long-term working relationships on the telephone and face-to-face. Client contact will typically be at senior management / director level
• Create and tailor succinct, well-written proposals and maximise the impact of marketing and promotional activities
• Cold calling and telephone pitching to prospective clients
• Based in Dubai with occasional GCC travel

The Candidate
• Articulate, excellent telephone manner, persuasive negotiating ability, first-class writing skills
• Experience of recruitment, recruitment advertising or media sales industry is highly favourable
• Personal attributes – outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, eye for detail, high standards, hardworking, computer literate, ambitious, good team player
• The ideal candidate will be a confident individual, able to effectively and professionally sell products across online platforms
• Arabic an advantage
