• Identifies potential clients and develops sales tactics and priorities to generate new accounts. Solicits business from prospect lists, following leads submitted by management, established customers, referrals or developed through other sources.
• Consults with client to determine parameters of the project which include but are not limited to architectural preferences, purpose and function of environment, budget, equipment to be installed, and other factors which affect planning interior environments.
• Carries out selling activities at targeted accounts, utilizing knowledge of the customer and company products. Offers customized solutions to effectively penetrate existing and new accounts.
• Coordinates all aspects of the sales/delivery cycle, including:
1. Preparation of quotes or sales orders
2. accurate order write-up
3. review of vendor acknowledgements
4. coordination and supervision of delivery, installation and follow-up service requirements
5. collection of completed projects
• Completes all internal reporting requirements in a timely manner.
Skills
• Bachelor degree in Business or Interior Design.
• Prior outside high end products/brand selling experience desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English and Arabic)
• Effective organizational skills.
• Strong selling skills.
