• Provide first point of contact for all new clients to ensure that enquiries are handled efficiently and where necessary are referred to specialists within the client management team.
• Provide information and initial quotations for standard facilities.
• Create client profiles through the CRM system.
• Liaise with Client Services Director and Business Development Manager to identify potential revenue streams and establish longer term contracts and bespoke pricing.
• Work in close collaboration with Bookings team to ensure client’s requirements are understood and all quotations are accurate and comprehensive
Skills
• Experience of bookings and/or sales in a facilities environment.
• Familiarity with the regional and international marketplace.
• Broad knowledge of production, post-production and distribution processes.
• Fluent Arabic and English language skills.
• Client-focused with strong inter-personal skills and an understanding of client priorities and requirements
• Excellent communication skills used to dealing with different nationalities and working in a multi-cultural environment
• Organized with good administration skills
