Our client a leader in the real estate sector is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to join their operations in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities Set up and establish sales, marketing, public relations and customer service departments as per the industry standards Coordinate with the VP-Sales and Marketing to finalize the feasibility study and commit to the sales targets Perform all necessary sales activities such as set up international real estate brokers network, initiate, follow up and close investors and end users leads, pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities Work with our selected international marketing companies for branding, marketing, sales and public relation plans and campaign in Kuwait Identify all required Sales and Marketing material as well as participate in major international exhibitions seminars Develop and executive all required strategies for company Sales Marketing Operations Advice Vice President and CEO on how to create a complete concept for the properties in order to distinguish ourselves from competitors based on market research and bench marks Develop and monitor the execution of all processes related to your operations Recruit required department staff, based on qualifications and experience Business Development and forecasting as required by the VP-SandM and management Ensuring harmonic and friendly relationship atmosphere Set up departments business conduct ethics and ensure their applications on our day to day operations to always reflect the right image of the company Be responsible for setting up the company press releases and leaflets Provide periodic reports to the VP-SandM and CEO on all departments activities
Skills
Education Experience Skills Degree in Business Management majoring in Sales Marketing PRA minimum of 8 -10 Years Hands on Experience in Real Estate Market preferably in UAE Middle East Market, out of which 3-5 years in managerial capacity Must have proven sales achievements in past record Customer orientated, dynamic, energetic and presentable with exceptional knowledge of Real Estate Business Team worker and Management of People and Leadership Cross Functional Communication Very familiar with international and local Sales Agents Excellent knowledge of generating PL as well as Feasibility studies for current and future project
