Responsibilities:
1. Work on accomplishing the goals and objectives of the commercial department and achieve the set sales target of the media
2. Implement the strategy of the company through his/her team
3. Manage a team of account executives and supervisors
4. Track the daily visits and performance of the account executives
5. Conduct field visits with the team to close deals or solve problems and motivate the team
6. Track and generate sales proposals
7. Make sure his/her team is performing as per the standard operating procedures
8. Build and maintain a professional relationship with the key client and agencies
9. Recruit new team members when required
10. Orient and train account executives and supervisors
11. Evaluate his/her team on regular basis
12. Predict potential opportunities and develop sales solutions and creative ideas
13. Handle several accounts of advertising agencies, key clients and direct clients
14. Make proper presentation of the media he/she represents and accomplish all required activities of follow up to close sales deals
15. Make proper after sales follow up and make sure the client is satisfied of the service
16. Submit the required reports
17. Establish a friendly and professional relationship with the agencies and their clients
18. Ensure a friendly and professional relationship of his/her team with the various departments of the company
Skills
1. Working experience: a minimum of 4 years in the sales preferable in advertising and media.
2. Language skills: excellent command of Arabic and English, written and spoken.
3. Computer skills: full knowledge in using Microsoft office
4. Excellent Sales skills
5. Able to motivate and lead a team
6. Able to create a team spirit among the personal
7. Decision making and pick up fast
8. Able to work under pressure
