We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to start operations and manage a sales team in Egypt. The ideal candidate would be required to set up an office in Egypt and primarily be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train sales staff
- Supervise, motivate and monitor team performance
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis and market trends
- Prepare quarterly and yearly budget for the sales department and maintain effective budget control of sales expenses
Skills
- 5-7 years in a corporate sales role with a multi-national company
- Minimum of 1 year in managing sales staff and office sales targets
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and changing market environment
- Ability to identify and employ latest strategies and trends to meet sales targets and achieve results
Education
Bachelors degree/ MBA preferred
