Our client, a leading and well-established local organization with a diversified and expanding portfolio of business interests, is urgently looking to hire a Sales Manager for their UPVC and aluminum doors and windows manufacturing operations in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be required to manage a sales team and be in charge of the marketing activities of the company.
PLEASE NOTE this is an urgent requirement, so only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.
The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager will be:
• Manage the overall sales and marketing performance of the company.
• Manage the key accounts of the company.
• Handle high volume projects and contract negotiations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the company.
• Motivate, coordinate and monitor a sales team of 6 – 8 sales executive.
• Improve the brand recognition of the company.
The Sales Manager MUST HAVE:
• Strong experience in managing a sales team.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years relevant experience in UAE.
• Strong networking contacts with in the construction industry.
• Experience in UPVC Door sales is preferred but not mandatory.
