Responsibilities:
- Manage continuous contact with all clients and follow up on critical projects.
- Manage, develop and mentor relationships with Principals.
- Monitor businesses to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
- Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies including advertising campaigns, sales promotions
- Responsible for both the revenue, cost and profit elements considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Be a brand ambassador for the organization by representing the organization to the external market through business forums, trade shows, seminars.
Manage the performance and career aspirations of the team.

Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services & evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Excellent team management and motivation skills. Ability to balance career aspirations of the team and organizational priorities is very essential.

Experience:
- Minimum 08-12 Years of overall working experience.Experience in planning and execution, change management and people management.
