Our client, is a US based company with global operations and is the parent company of International® brand trucks. They have a newly created position for a Global Sales Manager to be based in Dubai. Responsibilities Provides functional parts business expertise to the team. Responsible for creating, developing, and managing relationships between the Company and retention conquest customers, including local, regional, and national accounts. Assists team members in preparing comprehensive proposals to include value added parts programs. Provides leadership to International truck dealer sales organization in developing strategic account level business relationships. Aggressive pursuit and identification of new customers and sales opportunities. Professionally represent the Company to appropriate customer contacts. Work with marketing, truck sales, product teams, and technology groups to implement sales strategies specific to individual dealer markets. Provide detailed analysis of market trends and competition. Ensure dealer personnel are qualified and proficient in sales related competencies and capabilities to serve their market. Aggressively drive maximum customer interface with conquest customers. Provide leadership by demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, and customer relationship management. Ensure dealer sales personnel have access to and successfully complete all required product training. Participate in planning for parts sales portion of sales plan to ensure plan facilitates International corporate business strategies. Annually provide overall dealer market summary (parts) and parts sales strategy to Region Manager. Provide all relevant information for CSA for complete understanding of key deals to ensure maximum probability of success. Sales leadership position responsible for executing the parts organization’s sales plan from a tactical and strategic perspective. Capitalizes on the retail business in assigned dealers’ AORs to ensure maximum customer interface, market growth, and profitability for International and dealer channel. Provides ongoing sales focus on retention accounts. Identifies and aggressively sells to customer conquest accounts.
Bachelors’ Degree or 5 years of business experience within the truck industry At least 3 years of direct business to business or retail sales experience Qualifications Ability to travel up to 100% Must be bi-lingual, English Arabic preferred. French a plus. Must live in assigned territory and be able to work without restrictions Desired Skills Experience in Truck Parts Engine sales
