- Aggressively seek new contacts and maintain working relationships with all civic and industry organizations, corporate promotional contacts, and event and booking representatives.
- Targeted telesales to drive new leads and generate enquiries
- Assist in the co-ordination, sales and administration
- Assist in the effective execution of the Sales plan
- To represent the company at any show-round, meeting or event reflecting the company values.
- Conducts site tours/visits with potential clients.
- Serve as event coordinator, when necessary, during function to minimize confusion and resolve challenges.
- Gather accurate event information and ensure that event setups are accurate for events and that information is efficiently communicated to staff
- Manage event contracts including the timely issuance of contracts, estimates, event profiles, and post events summaries.
- Communicate and advance all event information to appropriate staff and managers in an efficient and timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Continuously research similar area facilities for competitively pricing, level of service, etc.
- Must have at least 3 – 6 years minimum experience in Translation field
- Must know how to speak both Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Driving License is mandatory
- Have good contact in Government
- Must have good Interpreters database
- Hava good Communication Skills
