Will be responsible for developing the sales function and process in order to generate sales and maximize Path Solutions’ products and services deployment.
• Research and develop in-depth market & product knowledge.
• Gain clear understanding of clients’ business and requirements.
• Seek out prospects and generate new leads.
• Initiate and conclude the sales cycle from appointments through demonstrations to concluding deals.
• Respond to Requests for Information / Proposals / Clarification.
• Manage the relationship with existing clients within his territory
• Develop the sales plan / market strategy with the EVP.
• Refine the sales cycle, tenders and agreements.
• Participate in marketing events.
• Coordinate with the sales team across Path on information needed.
• Submit sales reports and various inputs to management on time.
• Maintain records on all sales activities, correspondences & proposals.
Skills
- Very good communication skills – Arabic & English
- Team player, self-motivated, proactive & professional.
Preferred Profile
1. University Degree in Business / Finance & Banking
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Sales / Business Development field.
3. Worked with Banking / Financial services in Saudi Arabia / Gulf.
4. Flexible, willing to travel.
